We have problems with our online visibility. In the future I can see that the web will be a
powerful factor in getting found by your target market (if it isn't already is). I have a
vision that over 90% of the next generation will look at the internet and not go to our
showroom or a dealer anymore.
So what we did for our website, is to enable people to go and browse and
actually start the
purchasing process for a Toyota vehicle. Traffic here in Metro Manila is very bad so we know
for a fact that it will be more difficult for our customers to keep on coming back to our
showroom to have their questions answered.
